Entries for the North Island Junior Championships and the senior secondary school championships will not be accepted without a suitably qualified referee provided by the team. Parents/senior students/local club members are the ideal people for this role rather than the team coach. The Head Referee will be assisted by other qualified people to provide mentor support and assessment at these events.
